Exonerees Document Their Stories On Video

Ten men and women document their stories of conviction and exoneration, on video. “Once I got into prison, I had to let all the anger go because I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to work on my case. And being angry wasn’t going to do me any good." Watch their stories.

Christopher Scott

Christpoher Scott was put behind bars for a murder he did not commit in Dallas in 1997. There was no DNA evidence implicating him, just a mistaken eyewitness identification. Years later, however, another man confessed to the murder, and Scott was exonerated. He now works to help other exonerees.
