Mitsuo Sato has a farm in nearby Naraha, part of the nuclear exclusion zone. He hasn't been allowed home to feed his animals in nearly two months. The last time he was there, he was forced to let his prized beef cattle loose to roam. The land is not safe for his grandchildren to live on and he is unsure when things will ever return to normal.
