The Atlanta Cheating Scandal

Continuing our education series, Heather Vogell is an investigative reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She helped uncover the fact that teachers, principals and others in the Atlanta Public Schools were altering scores on standardized tests to make the schools look better. She says this has robbed children of their education and the help they might have needed.
