A Son Returns to South Sudan

It can take people a long time to recover from the kind of civil war and famine that Somalis are suffering through. For an example, travel a few hundred miles to the northeast, to the new country of South Sudan. Nyuol Tong is a Sudanese native and is studying in the U.S. He returned for the first national celebration of independence, and is building a school in his home village.
