For decades, Haitians have left their country to help it. On Dick's final report, he hears young people talking about the importance of not leaving. We visitin the city of Leogane where students are offered scholarships to study, in return for a commitment of two years service as a health worker. Dick also speaks to Dr. Claude Surena, a key health official, about how Haiti must make great strides to be able to offer young people jobs and a good health care system to work in.
