Life In Prison Without Parole: The Story Of Charles Lewis Jr.

Charles Lewis Jr. was 13 years old when he took part in a murder in Michigan. We hear the voices of lawyers, prosecutors, judges and family on the question of whether or not a juvenile involved in a murder should be sentenced to life in prison without parole. This issue has been argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and a ruling will come soon. This in-depth look at juvenile justice comes from Long Haul Productions and producers Dan Collison and Elizabeth Meister.
