Dick speaks with Ismail Suayah (left), a Libyan-American, about his first trip back to Libya since Muammar Gaddafi 's rule ended. Ismail says he felt the difference arriving at the airport, driving through the streets and speaking with his extended family. There is a lighter mood; however, many still carry weapons because there is a feeling that the new situation could change. People are also hopeful about elections scheduled for July 7th - the first in 42 years.
