Gun Violence

Dick explores the details of Baltimore's successful "gun offender registry" with Frederick H. Bealfield, retired commissioner of the Baltimore Police department. The initiative brought down the numbers of murders, without increasing the number of arrests. Bealfield says much of the success came from old-fashioned  police-work, and knocking on doors.
