How The Gun Ban In England Was Passed

After a killing spree in Scotland in 1996, public pressure for a ban on guns grew. Dick speaks with then British Parliament member Jack Straw about how the ban became law and his thoughts on "America's love affair with guns." He says that the U.S. still has frontier states and that there are reasons to own a gun in Texas and Arizona.
