New York City has agreed to reimburse the Occupy Wall Street Library for books destroyed as police cleared protestors out of Zucotti Park. The library had thousands of books and was staffed by professional librarians such as Mandy Henk, who became a plaintiff in the lawsuit against New York City and the owner of Zucotti Park. She says they are deciding how to distribute the money to literacy programs.
