The Robin Hood of Parking Meters

Produced by

Garret Ean likes to walk down the street in Keene, N.H., and drop quarters in expired parking meters. But he doesn’t do it just to be nice. He does it to protest what he says is an unfair revenue mechanism for city government.

In this conversation with host Dick Gordon, Ean talks about the practice he and fellow activists call “Robin Hooding,” and what they are going to do about a lawsuit the town recently filed against them.
