Lindsay Morgan Lockhart works as a game developer and narrative designer on the Halo franchise. She’s been playing video games since she was a little girl, and discovered early that there's gender trouble for female players, designers, and even characters.

She tells host Dick Gordon about creating a strong female game character only to have the final product represented as cartoonishly sexy and in need of rescue.

“I'd love to get to a place where women don't exist to be sexualized in games,” she says. “But at the moment I'd even take more games with female protagonists.”
