A Plane Ride With Judy Garland

In the 1960s, Karen Brandt was working as a flight attendant when one night, on a flight from Las Vegas New York, the singer and actress Judy Garland got on her plane. Over the following hours, Garland taught Brandt skills such as how to change in public without showing skin. But there was one moment when Garland made Brandt think about her own life in a very different way. The original version of this story aired Feb. 28, 2008.
