Riding Out The Storm

Produced by

Mike Petro nearly lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. On the weekend when the hurricane hit the shore, Petro was in his home in Gulfport, Miss. He tells host Dick Gordon the story of how he survived the storm by riding on the roofs of houses that were swept away by the storm surge. The original version of this story aired April 8, 2011.
