Rachel Santer arrived at Central Michigan University in 2004 ready to explore all the college had to offer. Within days, she was swept up in the school's Greek scene and had pledged a sorority. By her sophomore year, she had become president. But sorority life began to take a toll on her finances, her academics and her well-being, and she decided to leave the Greek world behind.
