Peggy Kuo was a prosecutor working for the Justice Department when she accepted a job at The International Court at the Hague to represent 16 women who were raped during the Bosnian war. The case became the first rape case ever treated as a war crime. Her story is featured in a PBS documentary, "Women, War and Peace."
